Like many others in the fitness industry, the seeds of Bush Sports Performance were sown in youth sports and eventually led our founder to pursue strength training as a form of building self confidence and managing anxiety as a teen.
After years as a professional in the fitness industry, co-founders Chris and Jenn realized there were huge gaps in methodologies being taught and encouraged throughout gyms worldwide.
Most trainers focus on a mix of energy balance (calories in vs. calories out) and conventional strength training to guide their clients without understanding the human body on a foundational level: muscle, blood sugar, gut health, hormone balance, nutrition, stress management, and metabolic integrity.
Bush Sports Performance is more than a training centre -- it combines all facets of wellness that exist outside your hour in the gym to ensure your results are effective, sustainable, and most importantly, last.
